According to the budget of the Winter Olympics, the cost of preparing the event is about 1.56 billion US dollars, with government subsidies accounting for 6%; The stadium construction budget, including competition venues and non-competition venues, is about 1.51 billion US dollars, of which 65% comes from social investment. In terms of budget, stadium construction accounts for most of the total cost. In fact, when we carry out venue construction, we can emphasize more energy-saving design elements in the construction, consider reducing energy consumption and using environmentally friendly materials, and better reflect the concept of frugal hosting. From the perspective of investment opportunities, three main lines may become the focus. First, the three conventional governance, water, soil, and atmosphere. The second is the photovoltaic industry. Third, renewable energy.

For example, Hebei will transform and build more than 10 waste rock and tailings extraction sand and gravel projects with an annual capacity of 1 to 5 million tons; Chengde, Tangshan, Xingtai and other places in Hebei will build more than 10 tailings and waste rock production ready mix pumped concrete projects, more than 10 tailings dry mixing mortar projects, and 20 enterprise technology innovation centers. Cultivate 3~5 key laboratories for comprehensive utilization of industrial resources.
In addition, from the recent 2015 China Environmental Protection Industry Summit Forum hosted by the National Federation of Industry and Commerce Environment Chamber of Commerce, it was learned that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological environmental protection Green Fund and the Yangtze River Economic Belt water environmental protection fund will be put on the agenda.
