From September 20 to 22, the 10th Dongshi desulphurization Technology Exchange Meeting was held in Hangzhou. At the meeting, desulfurization technology experts and business representatives gathered to exchange views on the progress and development of desulfurization technology under the new normal of environmental protection. Industry experts said that although the desulphurization industry is small, it plays an important role in environmental protection, and the practical desulphurization technology displayed at the conference will provide better solutions for chemical enterprises currently worried about environmental impact assessment.
The core technology of enterprise gold mining draws attention
At this conference, experts from enterprises, associations and scientific research institutions such as Changchun Dongshi Science and Trade Industry Co., LTD., Taiyuan University of Technology, China Coking Association, Chemical Society of China Chemical Fertilizer Committee, etc. discussed the operational effects and economic benefits of various desulfurization technologies. Among them, the most attracted the attention of the participants, when the Dongshi display of DXY selective catalytic oxidation desulfurization new technology.
According to Wang Xiaomei, chairman of Changchun Dongshi Science and Trade Co., LTD., DXY desulfurization technology has passed the factory experiment, and built a set of industrial experimental equipment, after more than half a year of continuous operation, the indicators of the experimental equipment have reached or exceeded the design indicators, has the conditions for comprehensive promotion.
According to Bi Baokuan, deputy general manager of Changchun Dongshi Company, the new technology of DXY desulfurization is that H2S is directly oxidized to elemental sulfur under the action of DXY catalyst, which is the core of its technology, and then the elemental sulfur is separated from the gas by a special sulfur capture device, so as to achieve the purpose of removing H2S. This method is more advanced and applicable than the Klaus method which is widely used in China. Through the DXY desulfurization process, the purification degree of gas with different sulfur content can reach 30ppm or less, and the minimum can reach 2ppm. By further improving the catalyst, the technical team of Dongshi Company can adapt the process to the gas with H2S content of 1000~100000ppm, and the H2S transformation can be completed in one step. Because the reaction is exothermic, when the H2S content is above 0.5%, no external heat is required, and the energy consumption of the device is low. H2S content above 1.0%, that can be by-produced steam. When H2S content is above 3.0%, the reformer can directly produce steam. Tons of ammonia can save 12 ~ 20 yuan. Used in low temperature methanol washing acid gas desulfurization, the consumption cost of tons of ammonia catalyst is 0.1 ~ 2 yuan (related to the sulfur content of raw gas). Compared with traditional Klaus desulfurization, the investment can be saved by about 50%, and the operating cost can be saved by about 50%.
At the meeting, experts and teams such as Miao Maoqian, professor of Taiyuan University of Technology, Dongshi Technology Research and development Center, and Ji Guangxiang, chief engineer of Anyang Iron and Steel Group, also introduced to the delegates the technical points of general concern in the industry such as carbon fiber desulfurization, carbon dioxide recycling and recycling, wet oxidation desulfurization and regeneration technology, and exhaust gas control of desulfurization and regeneration tower of coking plant.

Cao Pijiang, president of the China Coking Association, said that desulfurization has become a technical link of special concern in the coking field. The desulfurization technology introduced at this conference, both practical and economic, just in line with the coking industry in the degree of purification to meet the environmental assessment and downstream production requirements, stable and reliable operation, but also low cost development requirements, very grounded gas.

Ten years of progress in energy conservation and emission reduction contributed greatly

Freezing enrichment method has the advantages of low energy consumption and high quality. In addition to concentration, it can also be used for the treatment of organic wastewater and the recycling of active substances. At the same time, the whole ice crystal is a good cold source for cold storage and cooling. Active coke adsorption desulfurization and denitrification has the advantages of high removal efficiency, high purity sulfur (99.95%) or concentrated sulfuric acid (98%) or high purity liquid SO2 as a by-product, and low power.
In terms of desulfurization catalyst, we have successively developed and studied modified active coking, modified molecular sieve, special catalyst 888-JH, DXY selective catalytic oxidant, etc., which has gradually developed into the mainstream catalyst for desulfurization in the market, providing technical support for waste emission and product purity improvement in chemical production.
