The fifth general meeting of Chuangstar Environmental Protection was successfully held

The fifth general meeting of Chuangsda (Liaoning) Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully held at 9:30 am on January 8, 2018. The meeting was convened and chaired by the executive director, and a total of 7 people attended the meeting. The executive director put forward corresponding proposals, and all shareholders voted to discuss all proposals, reach consensus and form resolutions.

At this shareholders' meeting, the management organization of the company will be changed and re-elected. The former executive director, supervisor, legal person and general manager of the company successfully completed the work during the two-year tenure. The new management team will continue to work.

The new leadership team will lead all employees of Tronstar Environmental Protection to work together to create greater results in the 2018-2020 fiscal year.
