Liaoyang Petrochemical 300,000 tons of high-performance polypropylene project was approved

China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) announced that on February 24, CNPC officially issued a document to approve the construction of 300,000 tons of high-performance polypropylene project in Liaoyang Petrochemical.

After Liaoyang Petrochemical's Russian crude oil processing optimization and efficiency improvement project is put into operation in 2018, the propylene resources will reach an annual output of more than 200,000 tons. The annual 300,000 tons of high-performance polypropylene project is of great significance for Liaoyang Petrochemical to extend the propylene industry chain, increase the volume of solid chemical products, improve chemical benefits, and achieve chemical transformation and upgrading.
